Will anyone have access to my personal sleep data?
No. Your information is safe with us. The data you share, including your personal sleep data, will only be used to provide you with a personal sleep assessment and a customized sleep training plan. We will never share your personal information with anyone without your explicit approval.
Can I sync dayzz with my wearable device?
Yes. dayzz can be easily connected to Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and most common wearable activity trackers. After you sync your wearable with dayzz, your sleep data will be automatically pulled from your device and added to your personal, in-app sleep tracker.
Can I use dayzz if I don’t have a wearable device?
Sure. If you don’t have a wearable activity tracker, you can easily fill out your personal, in-app sleep tracker to keep track of your sleep. It only takes a moment to complete!
What should I do if I experience difficulties connecting my device?
If your wearable’s sleep data does not sync with the app, simply go to Settings, turn off and on the toggle button of your connected device, then restart the app. If you still experience difficulties just let us know, our support team will be happy to assist.
Is dayzz considered a medical service?
No. dayzz’ sleep assessment questionnaire as well as sleep training plans do not include medical counseling and is not an alternative to medical treatment and/or professional medical counseling. In any case of doubt, a qualified physician should be consulted.
Is dayzz science backed?
Yes. dayzz’ proprietary algorithm is science-based and our sleep assessment is clinically validated. We use theory-based motivational methods to enhance users’ sense of self-efficacy and the drive and self-confidence needed to make often challenging lifestyle changes. Through a combination of data from multiple sources and advanced algorithms, we’re able to provide you with recommendations, choices and challenges at the right time and place and help you improve your sleep using cognitive-behavioral techniques. dayzz’ science team is led by clinical psychologist and world-leading sleep expert, Dr. Mairav Cohen-Zion.
How does dayzz assess my sleep?
Your journey to better sleep kicks off with dayzz’ clinically validated sleep assessment questionnaire. We get to know your lifestyle, daytime and nighttime habits, and of course - your sleep. Our proprietary algorithm analyzes your answers and matches you with a sleep training plan that suits you best. Even without answering the questionnaire you’ll have access to all of the app’s features, but we strongly recommend you do so in order to enjoy a personalized experience.
Which mobile devices are compatible with the app?
The dayzz app works with Android 7.0 and above and iPhone 6 and above running the latest version of iOS.
Can I track my sleep-improvement progress?
Yes. ‘My Sleep’ is your personal status page which provides you with your weekly sleep analysis, including a drill-down to your sleep metrics of each day of the week, as well as a comparison to your sleep performance in the previous week.
How can I tell if I sleep ok?
Each day you’ll get a personal sleep score based on the previous night. Your sleep score is based on objective and subjective data and reflects a nightly summary of your sleep experience.
When should I expect to make progress?
Our sleep experience is individual, it can take a few weeks of sticking to your plan, but we can say that usually within 4 weeks our users feel improvement in their sleep quality. While you make your way to better sleep, you earn and collect achievements for improving your sleep, sticking to your plan, completing actions and more, so you get the recognition you deserve and stay motivated toward your goals.
